For furniture and larger items (including mirrors) we provide specialist courier delivery to the whole of the UK mainland.
Delivery is typically within 10 - 14 days although it can occasionally be longer and you will be contacted up to 3 days prior to your expected delivery date and normally again on the day 30 minutes to one hour before delivery.
N.B. Many of our furniture items are shipped direct from our suppliers warehouses and orders with multiple items may not arrive at the same time. We will always keep you up to date with delivery dates.
There are additional costs for the following areas of approx. £25 to £60 depending on distance.

Please Note: We use a one or two man courier service. If the item is very large or heavy then help may be required to assist in unloading and positioning items.Our delivery service is over the threshold of your premises and no further. Our drivers are not insured or required to carry furniture beyond this point.
Refunds: In order to assure our customers complete satisfaction, each item is inspected and described accurately prior to listing and again before it is dispatched. Items must be returned in the condition they were dispatched and at the cost of the purchaser. As many of our items are pre-owned and restored they may show some minor imperfections. This is clearly stated on our website and is not a valid reason for return.
If an item appears damaged on delivery then do not sign for it or sign 'damaged'. As many of our items are pre-owned the couriers will not accept claims for furniture once it has been accepted.
If the goods are damaged/faulty upon arrival we will replace the goods or the component part required. Please send us photos of any damage to the packaging or item to assist with insurance claims.
If for any reason you wish to cancel and return, please advise us within 14 days of receiving the item. You must return to the return address we will provide at your cost (if returned by the buyer’s own methods we do not take responsibility of goods damaged in transit). Alternatively we can arrange return, these return costs will be deducted from any refund.
You must return all of the products back to us in original packaging with the returns number stated on the package as reference.
We will only refund upon complete return of goods, if returned without original packaging there will be a 20% re-stocking fee.
